    Yes you can use exe from 2018-06-21 or older. Other files probably you can use from newer clients, but can be any issues

    you cant use 2020 clients. rathena support max client version is 2018-06-21 (2018-06-20 is bugged client and better not use it)

    This Nemo version very old and not works with 2018 clients at all. Use Nemo from here https://herc.ws/board/topic/15523-another-nemo-patcher-fork/

    Original date. And build time is NOT packet version. Packet version is original client name. For example 2018-06-21aRagexeRE.exe mean packet version 20180621 and RE client.

    Better not disable this patch. This patch hiding client version from everyone. You should disable it only if using some client extensions what working based on build time stamp only for example paint it black.

    For rathena better use 2018-06-21aRagexeRE, some never versions from Ragexe may works, but all other newer versions support only by hercules.

    rathena cant works with this clients. for new clients can works some private servers only and hercules. But if you stuck with rathena, better try search older data/grf

    See dates. grf/data end of 2018, but your exe from middle of 2018. I think here is issue. But issues can be in your patches in nemo too, try use as small as possible patches.

    probably your issue what you using too new ro folder and old exe try search older folder with closer to your client exe versions
