see Emulator ip vps SIte ip(can be shared) host 2 Mysql(where you want need has remote sql) better together emulator on vps. Both need (Emulator apoint to SQL and SIte Apoint to SQL) Give permission access to sql host in files paste conf of emulador(interserver.conf to sql) and config.php of your panel/site.
