Hindi mo sya ma rurun from windows xp to linux os dahil magiging incompatible yun. you need to compile your server using linux os. 1st You need to transfer your file to linux server 2nd You need atleast command to compile your files 3rd Read wiki if you dont know how to compile your files http://rathena.org/wiki/Compiling#Linux
