Use Ragexe instead of RagexeRE. I've been using 2015-10-29aRagexe with no problems so far on my server. No problem with NEMO or anything. About the korean button, new clients use new texture for char selection window so you have to replace those new texture. About the Rejected from Server (3) message, make sure you use the right PACKETVER in mmo.h and packet_db.
