If you're comfortable handling your own server, or are willing to learn, I'd recommend OVH.com over any of the two previously mentioned. Their DDoS protection cannot be matched for the cost.

Just like last year, the NovaRO Summer Festival has opened, and our resident YouTuber has made a video showcasing all the content!
Tokei and I have created so many more games than last time, and we intend to build on it a little more still.
Again, a huge thank you to Munbalanced for creating these videos.

Now that's the type of collaboration I'd love to see. *-* And really cool stuff here Material, this is definitely the farthest I've seen a true re-working of the game go. Can't wait to see the finished product.

My tip to you is download a text crawling software (Such as TextCrawler Free) and then search your files for the exact mapname + coordinates of the NPCs you want to remove.
So your search string would be something like prontera,157,121 and then you'd easily be able to find the NPC, and move or comment it out.

I agree entirely with what Playtester stated. If there's really such big custom things in rAthena, why not work on the project itself to fix them and make them accurate?
(We're always looking for more skilled and dedicated developers, and the staff is a nice bunch of guys.)
This is the first time I heard of such a big issue, and the damage from official servers to rA seems pretty spot on to me.
At the end of the day, it's your decision and nobody can stop you from making and working on this new project, but we'd love if you could point out the flaws in rAthena so we can work on them ourselves at least. :]

As a Renewal server owner, I'm sure it's no surprise that I hope you'll change your mind and either add Renewal functionality after polishing up the Pre-Re client, open up the project for contributions, or add a way to use a type of plugin system.
Still, it's looking great, keep up the good work.

You were only supposed to edit one of the values.
So revert to the original and just change the
set .Time,60;
line to
set .Time,10;

The picture explains the issue! You're missing a sprite. It appears to be a weapon. Just not sure which weapon that is.

Real shadows could definitely be cool. Would love to see the model culling be expanded as I talked to you about before curiosity, as it's current incarnation is too... all or nothing.
