Es como dice Olrox, si juegas en un servidor privado donde no tienes acceso a la información es imposible la otra es que he visto arios servidores que manejan el doble idioma, podrías pasar la propuesta para programar los NPC de dichas quest colocando una variable: si es ingles se abre tal menú y así con el de español ^^ pero ya sería una propuesta tuya para el servidor.

the images should are of 8bits hmm use a normal pallet and review in the SPR conview when you are converting your sprite, unmark the option "Encode" your sprite change if you mark this option. What programs use for this?

Instalate el notepad++ y luego en codificación->juego de caracteres->coreano. o bien pon el unicode de windows en coreano o bien usa el propio word pad del office y ponlo en coreano. etc.. Esto era lo que necesitaba saber hace mucho para ayudar!! haha gracias :)haré otra traducción

really I have never tried to do that, but you can make the sprite and take the.archive .act from a lower head or wings for this purpose, Gaypuff did something similar to what I want but are pauldrons that did it this way although it must be difficult as not all jobs are moved in the same way...
