After dealing with a couple of hosting services that not only had slow support (or nonexistant) as well as weird hoops to jump just to be able to log in for FIRST TIME SETUP...
Sryx assisted absolutely, and faster than anyone I've ever seen do it before. He even recommended a good VPS to start with! If you're looking for help, this guy is it. I can't say there's been anyone better suited to the job.
