Not required edit it from src, you can do it at conf/battle/drop.conf and put all 100% and done. If you dont know C++ dont edit SRC if not required.

Because plagarism only copy NOT REBIRTH skills. -
Or this happen because you dont have correctly setup, sometimes if you have 2 servers in the same folder, the setup doesn't works and dont open. Try to get a free folder, with free RO.
