Just to add on the Subnet.conf... you should search for your Subnet Mask by going to start>search for cmd.exe then press enter, Command promt window will pop out then type ipconfig /all then look for your subnet mask then put your subnet mask on your subnet.conf Answer for chibixcore: Try to review your MySQL settings
