i did add custom item,, its show on inventory and when i equiped that is not show up why?

helpme previously I've installed..its runned normaly,, i can open the client without patch like kro patcher when we open kro know i cant do that again,, i did reinstal my kro and this client,, i did follow the instruction .. but when i open the client its will be patch kro,, i did delete the PatchRE.inf but still same problem.. what must i do? tq before.. sory my bad english,,
