i tried that, the vcast_stat_scale: 530 i tried to chnage it to min and max, but nothing happens. even the renewal casting on.

remove the no cast. MAKE IT FAST CAST/DECREASE CASTING TIME. BUT NOT NO CAST

ex. the dex is 150 to be no cast then. if my dex is 150 it will not become no cast bat just snap of cast. but never to be no cast.

how to do no inatant cast/no cast but cast decrease/fast cast?
