this ist the current prontera-map in kRO, just updated to 28.02.17 and got the same map... also for the snow, this was kRO, they seemed to enable snow in prontera somwhere in january and disabled it in february ^^

Effects like atk won't be displayed in stats-window. They're only calculated directly. ^^

I had the same problem on 2013-12-23 ragexe and was unable to remove them... I've read something about debug-numbers or something like this (don't know if it was here or on herc forums...). So I don't know if you even can remove these numbers? o.o (Currently using 2014-10-22 ragexe, so I cannot test it right now ^^)

use 2014-10-22 if you want to use roulette system. ^^

u're welcome. all patches on this repro are made for 3ceam and might be also working on eAthena. However, I only test them on 3ceam. ^^

you'll need to change the packetver inside your mmo.h to fit the client and recompile the mapserver..

It's the official behavior. Unoccupied castles hava a emperium and can be occupied at any time, even if WoE is inactive.

the sql-version doesn't matter... The GUI that you use is what matters.

wrong lua-files for your ragexe? ^^

Use 2013-12-23 ragexe client. This one is stable and got the "old" status window. There is no other way than using an older client I guess.

Both of them are 3ceam battleconf settings. So if you want to use this script you'll need to modify it slightly ^^
