Never mind. I did the samething I did last night and some how this time it worked like usual. I guess it was some kind of glitch I don't know. Hahaha. Thanks anyways.

Oh! Pfff! Durrr- Hahahahaha. Sorry I'm such a newb. I deleted everything including the ones in scripts_main.conf so it loaded nothing. Hahahahahaha. I restored the contents and now I got my npcs in the game.
