weirdly cant load the bmps

This is not a bug @Moonshadows. There is a checkre() function at the byalan kafra. Simply remove the stuff within the if(checkre()).. You must've enabled a classic quest on a renewal server, that's why this happened

This is a source modification and I did it for my own server. We are 100% close and the effort that it took to implement was tedious. I doubt you will get it for free. If you want alternatives to doing it yourself, use a modified rAthenaCN at : https://github.com/CairoLee/rAthenaCN_Release. Their rAthena is in chinese though

Weirdly, if i modify the pre-re job_db1 [in renewal ASPD setting] then the modification works
