Third Job Costumes + New Classes The Correction With the advent of jRO releasing new Job Costumes, and also, the new classes from the Taekwon branch, many of server owners want to replace the vanilla sprites or even, implement the bodystyle system. But, there's a catch! Originally jRO, and now, even kRO spriters, have made it completely off of the default pattern of palette. In a classic example, you can notice the pattern of the RO palettes. What matters is the position of the colours, as an example, for all jobs, the white-ish tones will be always on the same row, so we can use it to create custom palettes. See how it works: But jRO didn't follow the classic pattern, making it incompatible with custom palettes (@Kamishi ones included). So, I edited frame by frame of each job sprite, of each gender, mounted or not, correcting them, converting them in a way so many of the previously created palettes will work. This package includes: Alternate Outfits: Alternate Royal Guard M/F + Gryffon Battlemount + Lion Mount Alternate Ranger M/F + Warg Battlemount + Ostrich Mount Alternate Minstrel/Wanderer + Ostrich Mount Alternate ArchBishop M/F + Alpaca Mount Alternate Warlock M/F + Fox Mount Alternate Mechanic M/F + Savage Mount Alternate Genetic M/F + Savage Mount Alternate Guillotine Cross M/F + Hyena Mount Alternate Shadow Chaser M/F + Hyena Mount Alternate Sorcerer M/F + Fox Mount Alternate Sura M/F + Alpaca Mount Alternate Rune Knight M/F + Dragon Battlemount + Lion Mount New Classes Star Emperor M/F + Wolf Mount Soul Reaper M/F + Wolf Mount As requested by @Emistry, I also added an extra, making it more compatible to default palettes: Kagerou/Oboro + Frog Mount Following the another @Emistry's request, all files are now already on GRFs. The previous version had no Cashmount palette included, this one fixes the issue. Only the already released costumes are supported at this moment. The Rune Knight seems to be the last of them, it's over a year from the first release! As a final part of the package, I'm including Classic Palettes for all Alternate Costumes. Enjoy the final product!

  4. The topic has been removed because of rAthena staff double standards and hypocrisy things. (rA staff blame me that I made a money on this topic while it's not and never was) All that I did for the last 2.5 years with around ~1k answers from my side is help for free for newbies here, but to rA staff, my topic is a pain in the ass. Sorry guys, but the topic can't be maintained on such a community anymore because of its admins. Bye

Hey everyone, This is a GRF tool I started to develop for my own personnal use, but I thought I'd share it since I've upgraded the UI. Its primary goal is to be easy to use while offering a wide variety of options and customizations. The software is quite stable and can handle large operations easily. How to install Download the zip archive provided from the download link at the bottom of this description or directly from there : http://www.mediafire.com/?aflylbhblrzpz0h Install the application with GRF Editor Installer.exe; if you are missing a .NET Framework you will be prompted to download it. Once you are done, you can start the program from the link on your desktop. Key features Overall speed is faster (or at least equal) than any GRF tool. Common operations : add, delete, merge, extract, preview, save. Undo and redo for any operation. It can open any GRF file. Clean and very interactive interface. Saving formats supported : 0x200, 0x103 and 0x102 (through the Settings page) and conversion to the Thor format. Instant filter and search options (example : "map .gat"). File association and context menus integration for .grf, .gpf, .rgz and .thor (through the Settings page). Can rebuild separated images into one file easily. Drag and drop (with the ALT key, can be modified in the Settings page). This is a big part of the software; most of the items can be moved around within the application itself or from/to Windows Explorer. Tools Sprite editor : a simple sprite editor with powerful features. Semi-transparent images can be added, you can easily change the order or replace images, etc. This tool can convert images in the wrong type by showing you multiple solutions (merging a new palette, dithering the image by using current palette, using the closest color, and a few more). Grf validation : allows you to validate a GRF with multiple settings. It can detect corrupted GRF entries, invalid sprites, empty files, non-GRF files, duplicate files and a lot more. Flat maps maker : generates flat maps from .gat and .rsw files. Useful to generate WoE maps or to fasten up the loading time. Patch maker : generates a GRF patch based on two different GRFs. Hash viewer : shows the hash code (both CRC32 and MD5) for files. Image converter : converts an image to any format requested (BMP, PNG, JPG, TGA). GrfCL : used to create batch files (.bat) which can automate tasks on GRF files. See the content in GrfCL.rar in the download for more information. This tool can be customized from the sources as well. Palette recolorer : creates new sprites by changing their colors (this tool is now deprecated). Client database editor : allows modifications of the database client files (txt and lua) with easy and simple tools. Work in progress. Grf encryption The encryption feature has been enabled again. It's similar to what it used to be and it has been tested on client versions ranging from 2012-08-01 to 2014-02-05. Some error messages will be displayed if necessary. If you have an issue, copy the error message (with the code, if there's one) and send me the client executable with the cps.dll file generated by GRF Editor. There shouldn't be compatibility issues anymore though! Thor files Thor files are patches used by Thor Patcher ( http://thor.aeomin.net/ ). Because of their similarity with the GRF file structure, they have been integrated within GRF Editor. The primary utility of this feature is that it allows you to add encrypted files to a Thor patch. All the other options can be achieved by using Thor Maker. You'll find the necessary steps below, but test your patches before sending them off to players (I've done a lot of testing on my end, but better be safe). If you're using SecureGRF, then make a new GRF, add the files and encrypt it. In GRF Editor, open the encrypted GRF you just made, use "Save as" and name the new file with a .thor extension. That's it, if you want to change the output directory, click on the root node of the project and select the tab "Container options". You can select the output mode and the GRF to merge the patch with. Simply save again if you change these properties. If you're using GRF Editor's encryption, then make a new Thor file (File > New > New Thor) and add the files you want to patch it with. Right-click on the files you want to encrypt and use Encryption > Encrypt. Technical stuff Requires .Net Framework 3.5 (SP1) Client Profile to run (3.5 or more will work as well). Automatically converts file name encoding to their proper values (you can change the encoding). Data virtualization is used as much as possible to preview files, meaning the files aren't completely loaded. Right-clicking an item will bring up the available options with that file. Preview file formats : txt, log, xml, lua, lub, bmp, png, tga, jpp, db, ebm, pal, gnd, rsw, gat, rsm, str, spr, act, imf, fna and wav. Services are "crash ready", meaning that you will be warned about a failed operation and no work will be lost (the application won't close and crash). It tries to continue operating even if it meets unsual conditions. Operations can be cancelled by clicking on the button near the progress bar. The warning level can be changed to avoid messages like "Please select a folder first." When prompted with an error, use Ctrl-C to copy the current dialog's content. Some screenshots! 1) Previewing an act file, while showing the search feature 2) Preview of a model file (rsm) 3) Preview of GrfCL with the MakeGrf command 4) Preview of maps 5) Preview of Grf validation 6) Search feature (press Ctrl-F or Ctrl-H to bring up within a text editor) Got a feedback? I'd gladly hear you out and fix issues you have with the program.

  12. Hello guys!! This is my first time to write a tutorial. I hope it can help many beginner that don't know how to create your own ragnarok world. This server setting is just made to play offline. So if you want to make your own private server there are several things you need to learn more on setting ip, opening ports etc, and i'm not going to explain it in here Credits goes to: Nickyzai for kRO client K3dt for decompiled ragexe Mleo1 for Loki launcher Shakto, Yommy, MStream for xDiffPatcher Michieru, Dastgirpojee for Data folder translation Magicaltux for Grf Builder Ai4rei for Open Setup Okay let's get started, please follow all the steps correctly! This is all the things you need to create your own ragnarok world: 1. TortoiseSVN - http://tortoisesvn.net/downloads.html 2. Visual Basic - http://www.microsoft.com/visualstudio/eng/products/visual-studio-express-products 3. MySQL - http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/installer/ 4. RO Open Setup - http://rathena.org/board/topic/63177-ro-open-setup-v280277-last-updated-20130702/ After you download all that things, do this: 1. Install tortoise 2. Install visual basic 3. Install MySQL (please remember your root password! If you change it but if you did not change then the default root password is ‘root’) 4. Install MySQL Workbench 5. Install kRO client After you install all of that, let’s prepare the client: 1. Open your kRO client and update it until completed. 2. Download your ragexe file in this (http://k3dt.eu/Ragexe/unpacked/) In this tutorial i used 2013-07-03aRagexe.exe 3. Download your xDiffFiles in this (http://k3dt.eu/Ragexe/unpacked/Diffs/) in this tutorial I used 2013-07-03aRagexe.exe so I must download the same date for Diff files which is “Diff 2013-07-03 v1” in order the xDiffPatcher to work. 4. Open your xDiffPatcher.exe select your ragexe file you download before which is I used (2013-07-03aRagexe.exe) and then select your Diff files which is I used (Diff 2013-07-03 v1) and click LOAD. Now look in “diff option” there are several choice to pick, I recommended you to check this option: - Disable Ragexe Filename Check - Disable HShield - Disable Packet Encryption - Enable Multiple GRFs -@ Bug Fix - Ignore Missing File Error - Ignore Missing Palette Error - Increase Headgear ViewID to 5000 - Increase Zoom - Load ItemInfo.lua before lub - Read Data Folder First - Read msgstringtable.txt - Read questid2display.txt - Translate Client In English - Use Normal Guild Brackets - Use Ragnarok Icon - eXtract MsgStringTable.txt - eXtract txt file strings After you finish check the option click Diff’n’Save! Create new folder and name it ‘Data Folder Translation' right-click on ‘Data Folder Translation’ folder and choose ‘SVN checkout…’ Fill this link https://subversion.a...de-translation/ in “url of repository” and click ok, this will download your 'data translation folder' from latest revision. After complete click ok. Open your data translation folder you download before then open folder “data” right click clientinfo.xml and choose edit. Edit into your version, I’m changed it into 38 because I used 2013-07-03aRagexe.exe. You can find your version in folder Server\trunk\db\packet_db.txt note: If you can’t find clientinfo.xml just open notepad and copy code below to your notepad and save it as clientinfo.xml <?xml version="1.0" encoding="euc-kr" ?> <clientinfo> <servicetype>korea</servicetype> <servertype>primary</servertype> <connection> <display>Ragnarok</display> <balloon>Ragnarok</balloon> <desc>Ragnarok</desc> <address>127.0.0.1</address> <port>6900</port> <version>38</version> <langtype>0</langtype> <registrationweb></registrationweb> <aid> <admin></admin> <yellow></yellow> </aid> </connection> </clientinfo> 7. Now change all lua extension to lub extension in your data translation folder you've download place this script in your data translation folder data/luafiles514 folder And run it. Script Link: http://www.mediafire.com/download/jvtac0j8f6m604v/luatolub.bat note: rename 'luatolub.bat.txt' into 'luatolub.bat and double click (to run) it. After you done. Copy the 'data' and 'system' folder inside the data translation foder you've download to your kRO client and replace any same files with that. 9. Edit your DATA.ini in your kRO client folder into this: [Data] 0=rathena.grf 1=data.grf 2=rdata.grf Then save it. note: If you can’t find DATA.ini just open notepad and copy code up there to your notepad and save it as DATA.ini 10. Extract the 'Open Setup' you've download before and move the 'opensetup.exe' into your kRO client folder Now your kRO client is ready. Now for the Server 1. 13. Hello, I'm Haziel. I've been a graphic artist for over 15 years. I've made commissions for several Ragnarök Servers and also, worked on the production of some Indie Games either as Concept or Pixel Artist. Spriter is my main role on game development but I'm also able to perform as Designer, Mapper and Programmer, drop me a PM if you're interested in any of those services. For the previews below, keep in mind: Headgears, Garments, Equipment, Weapon/Shield and Monsters. Headgears Divine Headgear Set A Gem Themed Headgear Set carrying the theme of mystical stones, targeted for each of the main class branches. Dragon Headgear Set In a similar fashion of the previous one, having one main headgear targeted to fit certain classes. Equipment Divergent Set The Divergent Set concept is based on evolution. After meeting some requirements, the player would be able to evolve the basic Divergent Equipment (grey-ish blue), to one of 8 different forms: Demon (Purple), Dragon (Green), Fox (Orange), Ox (Black), Phoenix (Red), Shark (Skyline Blue), Tiger (Yellow) and Wolf (White). Each one with its own properties. The Helmet has it's own appearances while the other equipment will have it's colour changed. Arcane Set The Arcane Set was meant to be a magical bundle of equipment with four options of headgears for combining, it also has a Weapon compatible with Wizards, Sages and their evolutions. Sacred Set Initially, the Sacred Shield was requested, then, a Swordsman Equipment set, I mixed both things and expanded it to an 8-piece Equipment Set. Plate themed, this one is intended for Knights, Crusaders and their respective evolutions, but can be used by any Class. The Shield is currently only available for Crusaders and evolutions but can be adapted for any Class, although a specific Diff from NEMO is required to implement it. An alternative Cursed theme is also available. Elemental Auras Four Aura-like headgears and four monsters/pets to go along the theme. Anime/Show/Game Themed Gears Anime/Game Themed Gears Miscellaneous Gears made based on some Anime/Game characters and/or artefacts. Above, Megaman X and Zero Helmets from Megaman X franchise, Dying Will from Katekyo Hitman Reborn anime, Kaneki Mask from Tokyo Ghoul anime. Sword Art Online 2 Headgears/Garments and 3 Weapons based on the Manga/Anime Sword Art Online. Elucidator and Dark Repulser both are available for Knights and Evolutions, Kirito Weapons for Assassins and Evolutions. Event Gears Valentine's Day Halloween Halloween Package includes 5 Headgears with matching Garments and also the Wicked Set, composed of 2 Headgears and a Garment. Auras 32bit Headgear Auras All of them available in 12 colours. Monsters Defence Turrets Those are monsters meant to be summoned and attack anything that goes near. Originally intended to be WoE-related. Untear, Unseal, Unnes & Undine My take on the concept of evolutive Pets, can also be used as monsters. Miscellaneous Monsters Situational mobs to be used in Custom Maps/Quests. Trickster Collection My own take on Trickster Online conversions. Christmas Boss: Evil Santa Meant for Christmas Events, this boss has some weirdly strong Reindeers as minions! Sword Art Online Collection Overlord Collection RE: Zero Collection Bosses Big Bosses Really Big Bosses VIP Badges Those were intended to be exclusive to certain VIP levels, there are alternate versions for PVP purposes. Logo Headgears I also offer the service of recreating a server's Logo in a promotional Headgear. Headgear Edits Examples of minor works I usually receive requests for, that may be, from little corrections or addition of details to recolours and mixing of headgears. Above, a symbolic gift to Nova and his request about a Sunglass equipped on the lower slot. Garments/Robes Garments are visual items Gravity made on Jan/05 of 2011, but even Gravity itself didn't make much of them. They're equipped on Cape or Costume Cape slot and must be made Class by Class to fit perfectly on each movement. Different from Headgears, they are layered correctly behind the character and does not stay floating around it as some custom content out there. Official examples of it are the Archangel Wings and the Adventurer's Backpack. Wing-Themed Collection My current Wing collection consists of several themes divided on Insect, Feathered, Leather and Other categories. Suitable for all classes. Classes Relics A garment bundle created to illustrate an attribute of each class branch in RO. Miscellaneous Garment Collection Another set of Custom Garments, but with another kind of thematic, instead of the usual wings. Weapons Weapons Weapons are specific for classes, but can be adapted to multiple at once. Miscellaneous Equipment Sets These have no visual appearance, are only intended as common gear. Freebies Headgears Garments Monsters Freebies Click on the preview image to be redirected to download thread! Freebies will be posted weekly! Rules 1. 18. Hello, as some know I am leaving the community to grow professionally. I recently closed freelancers with great monetary returns and learning that will help me open my business. It's been 11 years in this community and thanks to the Ragnarok emulators I became a programmer. So that's goodbye, but I don't leave without leaving a new era for those who continue. I'm leaving two of my projects in which I use fake hooks to create new screens, interactions, walk with WASD and other systems. The code is not very clean because I had no idea I was distributing it. I'm back to RO sceneario cause now I have a good job and more free time :c I will not teach how to use (but for experiend user's I can support, just ask in this post your doubts), but I appreciate it if someday someone more experienced guides on how to hook. 19. This is going to be a blunt post. For some time now the rAthena staff have been actively working to reduce the number of reseller advertisements that crop up on our forums, our Discord server, Facebook, websites, etc. We strongly advise that rAthena users do not engage with resellers. The code/content isn’t theirs to sell. You receive little to no support. You are at risk of being scammed. You are not supporting the developers of their respective projects or original content creators. You are lining the pockets of thieves and scammers who have no idea what they’re doing. The original project authors begin to feel demotivated - this can cause them to stop working on this and upcoming projects altogether. The number of reports from our users who have been scammed has increased significantly over the last year. If you wish to hire the services of a known and trusted developer, please use https://rathena.org/board/thirdpartyservices/ - this list of members of our forum has been vetted and approved. This is a list of members who are not going to scam you. If you decide to give your money to some random idiot that claims to have “full working premade x, y, z” then that’s on you. We can’t stop you, but you’re certainly adding fuel to the fire and these idiots will continue to take advantage of other members of our community. If you receive a DM from anyone trying to sell content on rAthena’s Discord or forum and the person is not listed on the Third Party Services page, we suggest taking evidence and report the users to a member of staff. So, what should you do instead? Setting up rAthena and a working client is easy. You don’t need someone else to do it for you - that is not how you learn. Using any of the multitude of tutorials and wiki pages will help you get your rAthena server up and running. If you don’t do it yourself, you will not learn where the configurations are. You won’t learn how to modify an item/mob. You won’t know how to enable an NPC. If you’re now thinking “well, I don’t have time, that’s why I pay someone” then maybe running a game server is not for you. Reseller = Bad. Learning and Self-Betterment = Good. I’m hoping this post gets our point across loud and clear.

  23. Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Since I couldn't get the turkey, I thought I would bring this instead. Without further ado, Let me introduce... WARP (Windows Application Revamp Package) Why this name? Because I like using acronyms and this name sounded apt. Plus it's the function & features that matter more. And no, I am not gonna change the name. Why not just fix up NEMO? The codebase for NEMO is pretty much ancient at this point. So rather than fixing it up, I decided to go the route of creating it fresh from scratch. The end result is a far superior product. OK, but what if you end up AFRO (Away From RO)again? Well, I can't promise that I will be around forever. However, this time around, I am releasing the source code for the tool as well. So, exactly what has changed? Well, quite a few things. Let's start off with how the GUI looks now. As you can see, the GUI is much more modern and aesthetically pleasing thanks to @Haziel & @Hadrias . The package comes with 3 tools - Console version (for simple patching), Main GUI, and Tester GUI (for batch testing). A big salute to @4144 for keeping NEMO alive while I was AFRO ?. Ok, jokes aside, I discussed with him about the changes he made and I have incorporated almost all of them but with some differences. Language & Styles are now on the bottom as you can see. All the remaining menus have now been shifted to drawers (moving side panels). To reveal them you can either swipe from the respective edge or click the button at the top. The right side drawer houses all the Extensions (Used to be called 'Addons' in NEMO). They are now loaded independently of the client. This avoids unnecessary redefinitions and now you can also use Extensions for activities that don't need a loaded client. All the common functions have been added to the 'Quick Actions' group and all the remaining ones are in the left drawer, which is not many. If you have suggestions for more features let me know. Moving on to the Back end (This is of no use to the regular user. So you can skip this part if you want) It was high time for us to have a proper input file format. Enter YAML. Love it or hate it but it's here to stay. Frankly, I like it more than libconfig and INI. You would be seeing YAML being used for almost every file in WARP. This includes input files for Patches & Extensions, Files defining those two, Session files, etc. Writing patches is far more flexible now. Say goodbye to PTYPE_HEX and \xAB. Now we can do wild card searches with the actual wild cards inside hex codes. Of course, we still need to have some well-defined characters for that. Currently, we have 2 forms of wildcards - Nibble wise - For e.g. => A? , ?? , ?3 Bit wise - For e.g. => [1.0...01] If you have any suggestions about it let me know. Speaking of writing hex code, I have provided functions looking almost identical to Assembly instructions for generating their equivalent hex code. This helps in making the hex code more human-readable and adds a little more flexibility. User inputs have a few more types and little more flexibility in specifying constraints now. Scripts have proper segregation now. Please follow them when adding your own. Only the scripts inside the 'Init' folder gets reloaded each time the client is loaded. This avoids unnecessary reloads. exe has now become 'Exe'. But in addition to this, you get 2 more objects - System (for filesystem activities) & Warp (whatever is outside the scope of the other two) Many of the functions used for retrieving some constant information in the 'Exe' have become properties now. For e.g. PEoffset, ImageBase, BuildDate, etc. During patching, the Diff section is only added if you have inserted any code using one of the 'Add' functions. Also, the Diff section now grows dynamically as per requirement (in increments of Section Alignment of course). In addition to the Patched Exe, The tool also generates an (Extra Patch Info) file with the suffix '.epi'. It holds just enough info for the tool to recognize existing patches in an exe from a previous patch session. So how is it useful? Let's say you have a patched client and its EPI file. But you don't have the original anymore. Now you can remove 1 or 2 patches and keep the rest OR even restore the original from the patched exe. Last, but not least, I am providing documentation about everything including the API. But bear with me for a bit, as I am still working on the documentation part. I probably forgot more points to add here, but I think this pretty much covers the important stuff. Anyways you can read in detail at the Wiki Is it ready to be used now? The tool is definitely ready. I have added most of the patches but not all just yet. But I was not able to test all the patches in-game. So please don't attack me if something failed. I would appreciate a Bug Request in Github instead. You can also come to Discord as well, if you prefer that. Also note, that some patches are still failing for new clients, and some failing for old ones. However, I saw the same behavior in NEMO, so that would be part of the next stage of operations - Updating Patch scripts. So, where do I get it from? https://github.com/Neo-Mind/WARP How to use it? There is a User Guide in the git repo (best viewed from Github itself). Everyone is used to NEMO by now, so it shouldn't be difficult to use this even without the guide. Plus the Github wiki is pretty detailed. Any last words before we close this? Just like in the case of NEMO, my intention with WARP is to create a common tool for patching without being restricted to RO or which OS you use it in. For this reason, you will be seeing multiple branches in the Git repo. If you are planning to use WARP for patching some other application, Create a branch using the 'win32' branch as a starting point That's about it from me for now.

  24. i guys, now I'm in this board too and I'm happy to be able to work with you guys once again . NOTE: For those who don't know yet, but I unofficially continue Zackdreaver's Renewal Translation Project and I'm pretty much stopping with NPC scripting so I can focus on that as it's a better project to help the community. You can find more about it at my comment here - or in my signature is a link to the GitHub repo. Some rules for my releases: 1.) I will not support scripts you have modified by yourself, like changing mayor part of the code. 2.) Do NOT steal, pretend that you are the creator of these scripts - give credits accordingly . 3.) Like everyone else, I don't like it if someone remove the credits in the NPC Header. Anyway, if you follow these rules we won't have problems . For those who didn't took a look at my signature yet, my whole scripts are available via GitHub now. 25. 4CrAM-Open Hey everyone. Today marks a very special day for the 4CrAM project. A day that will change the private server community. The project has been a big success and it has not only made it possible to have fully working for 4th jobs on private server's a thing but it also allowed me to recover from a difficult situation I was in at the start of the project. Im very thankful to the people who have supported me up to this moment. Without you this project wouldn't of been possible. But its been about a year and a half and with the code finally reaching a point that im happy with it, I feel its time to reveal it to the public. Today is the day I make all of the work ive done up to this point public for the community but with a little extra in it. The code contains fully working 4th jobs, fully working traits system with the sub-stats working 100% official, the AP system fully working, all 4th job skills working, a few new commands along with some others modified for developing purposes, a custom job changer NPC for all the latest jobs, and a few other goodies. But the last feature to be included with this release is something I felt would be a good thing for the player base, overall community, and my way of saying thanks. I don't want players to be divided into 2 sides due to one side having access to 4th jobs and the other side having their character's potential limited. So with this I decided to also release full ready to play support for all of the expanded jobs. This will allow all players to reach their final jobs and gain access to base level 250 and the traits system. However, none of their skills are coded in yet. The power gap between 4th jobs and older renewal era expanded jobs was just too great to keep this from the community and with this release the gap can be minimized. I hope everyone enjoys this release and have as much fun with it as I did coding it all. This is my gift to the community. Enjoy. Also be sure to leave me a thank you if your not too lazy. One final note. CHECKMATE AND FUCK YOU TO A CERTAIN PERSON!!!! You know who you are. >=D 4CrAM-Open Github Link Note: A 2020-09-02bRagexeRE client or newer is needed for 4th jobs access. A 2021-11-17aRagexeRE or newer is needed to access everything. Be sure to adjust the set client date your using in the defines_pre.hpp file. Keep in mind the 2021-11-17 client is still new and issues are likely to still exist with its support. https://github.com/Rytech2/4CrAM-Open

  26. Shin's Diff Patcher Info: Supports all Windows 32 bit versions (Windows XP SP2 and higher) and probably all 64 bit versions. Features: Plug-in based Uses list view instead of two seperate list boxes for easier selection Shortcuts to simplify your work Resizable window Inline diff descriptions (as long as the plug-in supports it) Auto-save and load of diffs Includes PlainDiffPlugin which provides support for *.diff files Allows items to be sorted either by type, group or diff name Prevents diff collision when selecting diffs that reference the same group CRC file check Data missmatch check Downloads: ShinsDiffPatcher SVN (Version 1.1.3b; 198kb) WeeDiffPlain Plugin Src SVN (Version 1.0; 11kb) Quick Usage 1. Select patch engine. 2. Select client exe. 3. Select diff file (if plug-in needs it). 4. Select output exe. 5. Click on "Patch It!" 6. Done. All patches that you have selected are automatically saved and will be restored the next time you select a diff file. You can also use the following shortcuts: - Ctrl + A = Select all diffs (only one item from each group if any) - Ctrl + D = Deselect all selected diffs - Ctrl + C = Copy all selected diffs into Clipboard Notes: You may think "What? Another patcher? Man..". Yes, another one. I'm not quite satisfied with the currently available diff patchers because they either lack of features or just don't provide the freedom I would like to have. I think I have chosen this name for the patcher because it's kinda convention to use his own name in the title bar (even though the initial name is WeeDiffPatcher). This is just an alpha release since there are some optimizations I would like to complete before I release a final version. I've included the source code for the DiffPlainPlugin to show you how you can implement your own plug-ins in order to get them working with my patcher. I would still like someone else to implement a proper plain diff plug-in because I haven't focused to optimize it to it's best (even though I have removed all possible memory leaks) since I developed this patcher for another plug-in based solution. If you have any suggestions or features that your plug-in needs in the future, don't hesitate to ask.

Heya, This tool is an action file editor, it edits Act and Spr files. You will find similarities with ActOR in its design, but it should be much more enjoyable to edit animations ;]. Special thanks to Nebraskka for testing this software in its early days. All the suggestions and feedbacks made this software much better. How to install Download the zip archive provided from the download link at the bottom of this description or directly from there : http://www.mediafire.com/file/uoymx2vni249mlu Install the application with Act Editor Installer.exe; if you are missing a .NET Framework you will be prompted to download it. Once you are done, you can start the program from the link on your desktop. Key features The software has many, many features available. It would take too long to describe each one of them, so I've only focussed on the more impotant ones. You can undo and redo everything, scripts included. You can edit and add sounds easily. Powerful and easy to use palette editor. Sprite types have been abstracted - you don't have to worry or care about that. Animation speed can be changed easily. Most components have a drag and drop feature. Advanced scripting engine (C# language). The scripts can also be used to customize the software menus. Error checking when saving the act/spr to avoid invalid files. The sprite version will be automatically downgraded if RLE compression is not available. Frame interpolation (inbetweening/tweening) is possible via the Animation menu. Prompts you with an image converter dialog if the added image is invalid. Allows advanced edition for actions and frames via their respective menus. You can load files from GRFs directly (and save in the GRFs directly as well). Technical stuff Requires .Net Framework 3.5 (SP1) Client Profile to run (3.5 or more will work as well). When prompted with an error, use the "Copy exception" button to copy the debugging info. I will need this to fix the issue you're encountering. The editor's primary window The interface is really straightforward and similar to ActOR. I'll only focus on new elements! Rendering mode : This option changes the behavior of how layers are rendered. If you use 'Editor', you'll clearly see all the pixels when zooming in. If you use 'Ingame', it will use a linear scaling instead, which is closer to what the client does. References : These allow you to know where your item will be positionned (the yellow marker is the anchor, see below). Color mask : To edit the color of a layer, simply click on the color rectangle. You can also drag and drop the colors between different layers to quickly modify many of them. Common shortcuts : You can manipulate layers by using common shortcuts. More can be found from the Edit menu. These below are only the primary ones. Ctrl-A : Select all layers. Ctrl-C : Copy the selected layers. Ctrl-V : Paste the copied layers. Ctrl-X : Cut the selected layers. Alt-C : Copy current action. Alt-V : Paste current action. Advanced action and frame editions These expose all the available methods of the editor. You can remove a range of frames or copy a frame 10 times very quickly and easily. This dialog is found in Action/Frame > Advanced edit... Anchors You can edit anchors from the editor directly. Anchors are points that connect frames together, from different act files. Here's an example without and with anchors : This is mostly useful when you're using reference sprites (on the right panel). Clicking on the anchor button will let you choose where to attach the sprite (this is set semi-automatically for you though). You can edit those from the Anchors menu, but it is recommended to start from a pre-existing act to avoid doing this tedious process. Palette editor The palette editor allows you to quickly recolor sprites with an intuitive interface. Only indexed images can be edited (it's a palette editor after all) and three modes are available. The gradient mode changes an existing gradient to another color while keeping the original saturation and brightness of the colors - this makes the gradients blend in better. If there are no gradient (usually because it's a custom sprite), there's always the Adjust color mode. This one changes all color from a specified range to another one (Photoshop has a similar feature, which does work better). You can click on the image (on the left) to automatically select the palette indexes. These will be highlighted for a few seconds to show you what you're about to edit. Interpolation (tweening) This script can be accessed via Animation > Interpolate frames. This process fills the images between two frames by detecting the changes applied to the layers. Here's a simple example of how it can be used : Script engine The script engine can be accessed via Scripts > Script Runner. This is a big feature of Act Editor, it allows you to automate all your work with the act and much more. Click on the Help button for guides and available methods (don't hesitate to try out a script; if an error occurs the act will be reversed to its previous state). The documentation doesn't cover all of the available options and methods for obvious reasons (the .net framework is huge). Doc example : The language used by the script engine is C#. If you're not familiar with it, simply check out the script samples (Scripts > Open scripts folder)! I won't go into details here, questions can be asked in the support thread regarding addiotional features and methods. If you believe your script should be added in the program, send it to me and I'll probably add it. Customizable The settings dialog allows you to modify all colors in the editor easily. You'll also find the sound resources (GRFs and folders) that can be set up in the Sound tab. The Shell integration tab can associate the .act files with the software to edit them more easily. Don't hesitate to give me a feedbacks or suggestions!

  28. There´s a new method of upscaling imagens using Artificial Inteligence, based on Deep learning. Here´s the results of my tests with it (called ESRGAN) And there is another AI model that change animations to 60 FPS (Called DAIN) Original (about 10 fps)-> 60 fps (gif aproximation to post here)-> And the two methods can be combined: Its possible to make a 4k Remake of ragnarok with this?

  30. Probably not xD Anyways, I am working on development of a new patcher as a successor to the original aka NEMO. Initially, I was planning to just release the source for NEMO but is quite outdated. So I decided to just start off fresh utilizing concepts from the original along with new ideas (Already have some implemented, which I will explain later) Also this time, I will be keeping it open source. I will publish to Github once there is a solid foundation. I am building it using the latest version of Qt (5.15) and utilizing QML for creating the GUI. I want to give it a more modern appearance, however, I am a "novice" on this front. So I am inviting suggestions for the UI from the talented individuals here.

Add a new txt in your db folder.. item_mapdeny.txt //<nameid>:<map1>{,<map2>,<map3>,<map4>,...} //Disables Red Potion usage in Prontera and Payon 501:prontera,payon skill_mapdeny.txt //<skillid>:<map1>{,<map2>,<map3>,<map4>,...} //Disables skill TF_HIDING usage in Prontera and Lighthalzen 51:morocc,lighthalzen That's it, nothing much to say. skill_and_item_mapdeny(rAthena17100).diff skill_and_item_mapdeny(rAthena17100)_v2.diff - Supports multiple maps per line skill_and_item_mapdeny(rAthena171278).diff Please click the button if I have helped you. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

  32. I'm currently working on a custom client and wanted to share some screenshots about the progress. Some of you might wonder why there is again another project like this one with the same goal as the others, and why not just join the others to speed up development? In fact, I thought about this opportunity. However, I'm still learning to work with virtual reality and I want to learn as much as possible. And that's why this projects main goal is not to be finished as fast as possible. But still, it looks like I'm at good pace. I still don't have a "good" name for this project, even though there's a proto-name. One of the other goals of this project is to provide a stable client that runs on both, unix and windows systems. It is being developed in C/C++ and Ogre3D, takes advantage of multithreading where it is appropriate, uses atlas textures to reduce batch count and some other fancy algorithms to improve performance. Even though the complete terrain is being loaded instantly, it takes some milliseconds to finish the objects. That's why I'm currently working on further algorithms, allowing caching and paging of objects. I will release a working demo in the style of RagCam as soon as the new algorithms are finished and working. Here's a list of things that are implemented so far: GND (Terrain) Lightning Shadowmaps Colormaps (with reduced colors to match the original client) Vertex diffuse color Walls Smooth Normals RSM (Objects) Smooth Normals (with smooth groups) Animations Transparency Two Sided Triangle Faces (with correct normal vectors for both sides) RSW (World) Water (with texture and wave animation) Objects Ambient and diffuse lightning Performance is always a very important part for me. A lot of things are optimized as good as possible. This project will stay closed-source providing plug-in functionality in the future. Most of the information that has been used in this project has been discovered through reverse engineering of the original client. Rendering a map is almost completely done using the same and some improved approaches done by the original client itself. The main focus after this will be the visual improvement of the maps themself, like BumpMapping, Cel Shading support, etc. blah blah. When this is done also, I will focus on implementing network functionality and a GUI. I have started in november and worked effectively 5-6 weeks on this project. I had to stop at the end of december and started to work again two days ago. Enough talked, here are some screenshots using OpenGL as renderer (the results in DirectX are the same): Vertex color mapping: Each tile can have a diffuse color. This color, however, is not being applied to all four corners of a tile, but only to the bottom left vertex and all vertices that share the same coordinate. Textures have been disabled in this image to show that diffuse colors are being applied correctly. The border of a map is also being rendered correctly when vertex diffuse colors are applied. Shadowmaps: Some devs are still wondering why their shadowmaps look a bit weird. The reason is plain simple: A lightmap consists (most of the time) of 8x8 tiles, where only the 7x7 pixels in the center are used. Nothing new. However, the tiles are combined into a large texture. If texture filtering is being applied, then the borders of the different textures interpolate into each other, fatal for colormaps when they have different colors. This is called texture bleeding. Because of this, Gravity added a padding of 1 pixel to each tile (resulting in 8x8, instead of 7x7) and filled them with colors that still look nice when they are interpolated. The image below shows the correct display of shadowmaps. Colormaps: They are the same as shadowmaps, but use RGB colors instead. When applied to the terrain, they look smooth. If you look into a dungeon, you will notice that colormaps are not smooth at all. In fact, they look like the colors were reduced. This process is also called posterization. The best result are done with 16 levels. The idea is basically to use float colors, multiply them with the amount of levels, convert the result to an integer (and so dropping the decimal part) and divide the result by the amount of levels. Done. This image displays correct colormaps. Notice the borders of the lightning. Prontera indoor: Transparency: I've used BrowEdit to compare my results and found an issue that was the same as in my project. Some models had wrong depth writing. Using the correct order, it is possible to render objects regardless of their transparency. You can try to open BrowEdit and compare dicastes01 with this image. Instancing: A lot of objects in a map reference the same model, so it makes common sense to combine them for reducing the batch count. This image shows pretty could FPS, even though all objects of yuno are rendered. Instancing in prontera: I would also like to show animations, but am too lazy to upload a video. I am not generating MipMaps yet, since this will be part 2 of this project. As you can see from the screenshots, rendering itself is almost complete. Only some minor issues that have to be done. If you want to see a screenshot of a specific map, don't hesitate to ask. I will upload one. I let you guess which of the posted screenshots are made on linux and which on windows.

This pack of prontera seasons has the intention to -preserve- the original style of Prontera, but improving it. This means, it was done by the main purpose of being a discreet and not excessive edition for servers which tends to have users that likes the old prontera behavior. Summer is about trees with some yellowish tones... kinda an semi arid place, that you can sense that the sun is hard. Video ... watch it in HD 720p! Video of this release will come at the time the 4 seasons are in showcase. Also I have to say in advance that these prontera seasons have a neat new feature in mapping that I'm sure you will love! HD Screenshots Panoramic Fall Screenshot 1 Shows the Fall prontera at a panoramic center view. As you can see, the King tristan statue is replaced by a new one from the game of Ragnarok Gate of The World. The main plaza is different on this season. Detailed Fall Screenshot 1 Floor on both sides is different on this Fall season. Panoramic Fall Screenshot 2 Its the north area of this place. Perspective Summer Screenshot 2 A custom angle that tends to shows map in a neat way. Detailed View Summer Screenshot 3 Shows the style of the floor + trees. All of the floors of these prontera seasons are different and in this summer season, the floor looks for the -stoonish- style of prontera + some vibes and yellowish tones. The trees are not from Ragnarok, they are from Dragonica Online. Download Link Download is ready! As everytime I only ask one simple thing from the community at everytime I do releases: Support! Lets make this thread popular, all I need is your feedback to reach this: A comment is totally appreciated A thumb up reputation is nice too A topic rating is a nice gesture. Following my Facebook will keep you up to date of my last map works ---> https://www.facebook.com/OlroxMaps Those are the ways you can support this release. 36. File Name: Account Bound Items File Submitter: Xantara File Submitted: 16 Sep 2012 File Category: Source Modifications Content Author: Xantara, Zephyrus, RO Information This system would allow (non-stackable, non-pet-egg) items to be bounded onto a player's account. This means that the bounded items cannot be traded, dropped, auctioned, nor mailed. But, they can be storaged so that it can be shared among the characters of that account. Features: - Item coloration to distinguish bounded items and non-bounded ones (see screenshot) - Script commands (getitembound, getitembound2, equipisbounded) to create and check for bounded items - At commands (@itembound, @itembound2) to create bounded items - New group permission (can_trade_bounded) to allow the group to distribute these bounded items if enabled (mostly just for High GMs / Admins) - Changes to the SQL files to track bounded items. This would effect cart, inventory, and storage databases. Tested on rAthena revision 17294 (using v1.5.1). Script Command Documentations At Commands Documentations Known Issues - When moving a bounded item to storage, item colouration is gone. However, re-opening the storage or re-logging will fix this issue.1 - When moving a bounded item to the cart inventory, item colouration is gone. However, re-logging will fix this issue.1 1 If you are able to find these packets (ie. PACKET_ZC_ADD_ITEM_TO_STORE3 and/or PACKET_ZC_ADD_ITEM_TO_CART3), please let me know! 37. We here at rAthena believe that the users have the right to know what our team believes this project should be. rAthena Goals: Emulation AccuracyOur top priority of this project should be put towards creating an experience that matches that of the official servers. Right now, we are far from reaching that goal, but with focus on this particular issue, and with the help of people like you, we can close the gap between the official servers and ourselves. While this may never reach 100% accuracy due to constantly changing aspects in official servers, we could definitely do better than where we are right now. StabilityWhile we continue to fix bugs and add additional new content, it is extremely important that we remain focused on creating a project you can rely on to manage itself while you are away from your server. We want you to feel comfortable walking away knowing that you won't come back to a downed server. Resource ConsumptionCode speed and resource reduction should remain a lower priority as accuracy and stability are more important than saving some memory or process time. A successful project requires this understanding. Sometimes we may improve code that we come across during fixing other bugs or re-writing sections of code, but at this time, we should not focus on finding and fixing some of the more resource consuming portions of code. CustomizationWe're "core" developers. We develop a platform for people to build off of. Out of the box, we aim to maintain parity with AEGIS, and beyond that, we will provide tools and support (as long as it doesn't detract from the core!) for people aiming to customize beyond that. Anything our users make and wish to have added to the public source also needs to be approved and improved on an individual basis. If you're looking to start up a server project which follows the above principles, then rAthena is the project for you.

  39. BotKiller 6 BotKiller 6 is a powerfull antibot system based on Scripts, useful to detect Bots without modify your server executables nor install external libraries. Features BK6 support external modules, giving flexibility and security to your server. BK6 was integrated with a new multi-language system that support multiple languages at the same time, the users can change the default language whispering to npc:lang BK6 give you enough time to find a safe place before initiate the interrogatory, during that time the player will glow to visually alert to other players about this process. During the interrogatory, the player will see the remaining time to respond in real time. BK6 rewards player when their effectiveness is OK responding the antibot (AGI,DEX,Zeny,Exp) BK6 will try to bypass recently interrogated players and definitely will ignore chatting or vending players. The Administrators are allowed to send a manual interrogatory to anyone in any moment. The players are allowed to send a manual interrogatory to any other common player, excepting players chatting, vending or in locked places (whisp to npc:bkconfig to configure BK6 safe zones) BK6 now uses "real time" in prison, the countdown only works when the guy remains logged in the jail. When the countdown is over, the player have to respond a new interrogatory to be sure is a human. if failed, the countdown is restarted and the Bot player is kicked from the server. Designed to comply with FluxCP PDO programming techniques. WYSIWYG Editor (TinyMCE), you may change that with some tweaks. Designed to be skinned further for Integrated website designs via FluxCP CSS edits. Public sections are SQL injection protected. Simple administration user interface. "Last modified" functions. Ability to link a "read more" url. Planned Features: Automatically load news from IPB RSS Feed Download: Password: "RAthena" Installation: Basic Setup: Download the ContentManagement1.0.zip and extract it. Open the addons folder it extracted. Copy the content_management folder inside it to your webserver's FluxCP addons folder (or write over the addons folder with the extracted addons folder) Visit your FluxCP installation. You will be redirected to the installation system. Provide it with your details and allow it to install. You should be redirected to the home page of your FluxCP. If this goes without error, we're almost there. On your webserver, visit themes\default\main and open index.php for editing. Replace everything inside the file to contain this: <?php if (!defined('FLUX_ROOT')) exit; $this->redirect($this->url('news','view')) ?> Save the file and close. Upon visiting the home page of your site you should now be presented with the News System. Job done. Celebrate having a free CMS? Adding Content: Login as an account with Admin (level 99) access. In the admin menu, either click News or Pages. Then add or edit as required. Adding/Editing links on the CMS: Visit addons\content_management\config and open addon.php for editing. Edit the array entries under "// Sample items for pages function." as required making sure to edit the "path=" section to what you defined when you created content on the CMS. Known Issues: When using CleanURLs, you must change the addon.php file to use ExtURL on it's URLs. Example: // Sample items for pages function. 'Downloads' => array('module' => 'pages','action'=>'content&path=downloads'), Becomes: // Sample items for pages function. 'Downloads' => array('exturl' => 'http://<your FluxCP Install URL>/?module=pages&action=content&path=downloads'), If you like my work, please rate the topic and give reputation! Thanks! 43. My tool allows you to take wings/rucksacks/whatever sprites, rename them numerically to place into the tool, and will automatically output the renamed files for each class, saving you hours of time having to manually rename each file.Originally inspired by this thread: http://rathena.org/board/topic/72734-guidecustom-wings-at-robe-place/ - I created this tool as a means of saving not only myself, but others time. The script can still use some improvements (automatic creation of folders from steps 2 through 6 in the instructions below for instance), but is for all general purposes ready and working as-is. My script uses PHP and web server magic to run. Your web server will also need to be able to .tar.gz files. I don't know how to check other than running the script, so.. yeah. You will need to download the following zip which contains a robes.php file: http://jtynne.com/rAthena/robetool.zip Next, follow these instructions: 1. Upload the robes.php file to your web server. 2. Create two folders "base" and "output" 3. CHMOD both folders to 0777 4. Inside of the "base" folder, place all of your .spr/.act files for the garment sprite you'd like to create. Number these from 1 upward and remember this number for the next step. 5. Inside of the "output" folder, create an equivalent amount of folders to the same number of .spr/.act's you put in the "base" folder. If you went up to 3.spr/3.act then make three folders: 1 2 3 6. Inside EACH of the numbered folders, create two additional folders with the names "³²" and "¿©" (male/female). This is important so do it! 7. Run the robes.php script from your browser and allow it to run. It will create a .tar.gz file containing all the necessary sprite files, but your work is not yet done. 8. Inside the .tar.gz you will find an "output" folder which contains numbered folders and renamed sprite files for all classes. Take the numbered folders and place them into : data/sprite/·Îºê/ (client-side) 9. Open data/lua files/datainfo/spriterobeid.lua AND data/lua files/datainfo/spriterobename.lua YOU MUST EDIT BOTH FILES. 10. Inside spriterobeid.lua in the SPRITE_ROBE_IDs = { section, add in your new robe reference. e.g. ROBE_MYRO_1 = 1, 11. Inside spriterobename.lua in the RobeNameTable = { section, add in your new robe reference using the data from the previous step as an addendum to the syntax. e.g. [sPRITE_ROBE_IDs.ROBE_MYRO_1] = "1", 12. You can then test these out in-game with @changelook 7 # or adjust the "view" field on a garment and voila. Note: If anyone has questions, I probably won't respond very quickly as I'm busy IRL with school/running my own server/working. Help each other, it's pretty straight-forward so long as you have an understanding of client-side data. If anyone would like to create a more detailed guide, be my guest. If you modify my script, please do give credit where credit is due, as I spent a considerable amount of time making this work. Thanks!

  45. Sage's Awesome Map Package 1.0 Sup homies! I won't bore you all with some unnecessary convoluted introduction, so we go: This is a package of some of my better work, mostly made over the course of the last year and a half or so. This is not everything I have ever mapped: The maps in this package are mostly just the ones I've finished that are functional and do not possess incredibad errors or problems. What you'll get: 7 Towns: Port Aquitaine, Carnivale, Dorado Harbor, Tortuga Bay, North & South New Alberta, and Zhunan. 2 Ancient ruins maps: The swampy city of Lafayette, or the bright and open Lumina. Several fields for Aquitaine, a satellite village for Dorado. Several interiors for Aquitaine, Dorado, Lumina and Zhunan. Dungeon maps for Lumina and Tortuga. A badass airship somewhere in there. It's crazy big. In total, there are over 20 maps here, of rather good quality. This map release is by no means perfect. I will be open and honest about this. Flaws you can expect: Not every town has interior maps, and those that do, do not always have many. I may or may not add more in the future. Not every town has field maps. I will definitely add more fields in the future. This package currently lacks a data file to organize warps/exits between maps. One will be added in future releases. Mini-maps will also be included in a future release. Sorry! Why this release is still awesome: It's completely free. I am not charging for this release, nor do I plan to charge for future releases. The only credit I ask for is that you link back to this forum thread and mention my name. Just 'Sage' is fine. You have my permission to modify and tinker with these maps to your heart's content. They're yours to do with as you please: That said, do still give credit for using them as a starting point. I will add to this in the future, as I've many half-finished projects and new things in the works, including fields, dungeons, interiors, and the like which will augment the maps currently available. Some of these maps use objects from the recently released town of Verus. I highly recommend you keep your kRO client up to date, or else some of these maps will have missing objects and textures. Additional notes, because I love making lists: Do not ask me to map for your server. I will say no. That said, if there is something in this map package you like and want more of (ie, "More Dorado fields, please!") then feel free to comment and I will consider working on it. If you find any functional errors on these maps (such as objects you can walk through because I messed up the GAT,) then don't hesitate to comment about it in this thread. Even if it is something you can easily fix yourself, this allows me to save others the trouble in future releases. I am not asking for money for this release, but if you really want to make a donation, then drop me a forum PM and we can talk from there. 49. Peopleperson49's Script Collection Please enjoy my work. If you have any suggestions or find any issues/bugs please let me know! If you like or download my work please click the "Vote this post up" button to the right of the post and check out my server Ragnarok Underground. My scripts are written as I would use it for my Ragnarok Underground server, you might need to configure them before use. My scripts are written to work with the rAthena emulator. When reporting and bug/error/suggestion in this topic please give the emulator version, version of the script your using, and the issue in detail! Super Magnifier Identifys all unidientified items a player is holding at once. I made this a long time ago for my server, but I added here for Nipsino after reading a post he left. Function_SuperMagnifier.txt Rock, Paper, Scissors Roulette This was one of my first scripts I ever made. I learned to script by breaking these type of scripts down and recreating them from scratch. This script was recreated in this same way. It is very similar to the original in design. Allows the player to play roulette with a 5 chamber pistol. Only one bullet is loaded at a time. The script will continue to loop until somebody is shot. Version 2.0: rpsroulette.txt BlackJack Scratchcard Blackjack script that designed to work like a scratchcard. It is based on using eight decks or cards and both numbers and suits determine winning hands. Buster prize for scoring a 30 or 31, which can only be done if you already have a 20 or 21 adding one more element of gambling to it. Item data is included at the bottom of the script. Version 3.3: Scratchcard_BlackJack.txt Powerball Lottery This was one of my first scripts I ever made. I learned to script by breaking these type of scripts down and recreating them from scratch. This script was recreated in this same way. It is very similar to the original in design. Powerball lottery picks 5 miniballs and 1 powerball. Different pay amount based on type of matches made. Version 1.7: lottery.txt Advanced Banker This was one of my first scripts I ever made. I learned to script by breaking these type of scripts down and recreating them from scratch. This script was recreated in this same way. It is very similar to the original in design. Bank with varying account and interest based directly on balance. Also has trustfund which pays out only when the character reaches BaseLevel 150. Most of my scripts give trustfund bonuses and also 1% of any zeny spent goes toward the trustfund. Version 1.4: bank.txt Heads Or Tails This was one of my first scripts I ever made. I learned to script by breaking these type of scripts down and recreating them from scratch. I remember making this one, but I'm not sure if I based it off of another script or not. Player starts by betting 500z and then flips a coin. If heads their money is disabled, if tails they loose all their money. Version 2.4: hot.txt Jackpot Leon This was one of my first scripts I ever made. I learned to script by breaking these type of scripts down and recreating them from scratch. This script was recreated in this same way. It is very similar to the original in design, however I'm not sure where to find that script anymore. The script picks a number between 1 and 100. The player pays 10,000z to make a guess. Each guess increases the size of the Jackpot by 9,000z until somebody wins. Version 2.3: jackpot.txt Double Dice Roll Very simple dice gambling game created for my custom Comodo casino package. You bet various amounts of zeny and roll two dice. The winner is the one with the highest total score. This was created from scratch as part of my casino package and had nothing to do with the rolladice script. Version 2.1: roll_a_dice.txt Saving Angel This script was written for my lovely wife after we were player and our whole party was wiped out in majos. It allows a character to resurrect another character anywhere in the server for a fee. Version 1.8: Saving_Angel.txt Magic 8 Ball Custom script that works just like using a magic 8 ball. Version 2.2: MagicEightball.txt Wishing Well Custom script that allows a player to throw zeny into the wishing well and make a wish. The wish is then sent to any online GM using @request. It is restricted to one use per day to help prevent annoying the crap out of the GM's! Version 1.7: WishingWell.txt Arch Bishop Job Quest This script was written for MelMel on rAthena.org. It is a compltely new version of the third job change quest for an Arch Bishop. I did not use any other scripts as a base. It allows a Priest/High Priest to gather items and then change jobs to an Arch Bishop. The Sub-scripts can be completed in any order and all work off of each other. Version 1.1: Job_AB.txt Guillotine Cross Job Quest This script was written to supplement the fact that the Guillotine Cross still has no official script release on rAthena.org. It is a compltely new version of the third job change quest for a Guillotine Cross. I did not use any other scripts as a base. It allows a Assassin/Assassin Cross to gather items and then change jobs to a Guillotine Cross. Version 1.2: Job_GC.txt Monster Of The Day Another Monster Of The Day script. I made this one from scratch to be very simple and work automatically. Uses almost the full list of monsters from the mob_branch. I included the dispbottom here when players login, but I actually perfer to use a login script with this in it. Version 1.4: MOTD.txt Security Manager Allows a player to set up a password to help protect their account. It uses a simple OnWhisperGlobal function. I nolonger support the use of the whisper system in my Security Manager script after version 1.3. I will still provide support for other issues that might be discovered in scripts prior to v1.4, but they will be fixed in a version that now uses bindatcmd. Version 1.5: Security_Manager.txt GM Headquarters Allows access to a part of the sec_in01 map that doesn't have any warps anyway. This is a nice areas to setup special NPC's or events. Whatever anybody wants to do with it. However the secutiry code is fun for everybody to try to crack. This script currently has shops that be used once a day as a reward for cracking code. It's my intent to eventually add a full warper script that can be used once a day also. Version 1.3: GMHeadquarters.txt Monster Hunter This script was written for vgrebirth on rAthena.org. It allows one party at a time to do the Monster Hunter event. If any member is killed the entire party looses and are warped out. If you kill all the mini-boss monsters the boss monster is spawned. Version 2.7: Monster_Hunter.txt
