Please help! my logserv.bat always shows this: [Error] make_listen_bind: bind failed (socket#1, error 10013: An Attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions. I have already tried to change the ports of mysql from default (3306) to 6900 then to other ports. but it always shows this. I followed the guide for the server side (but instead of Xamp I used the wiki version).
