Your issue's difficulty doesn't have anything to do with answering to this or not (I've already confirmed your issue a moment ago), or get it fixed ASAP.

When I first learned about Renewal and the Mechanic job, I was curious about what happened with some forging skills and chances. Then I found you don't get the +10% to refining with a Mechanic at job level 50 (or any other level), and I hate/don't understand that. Even if it's a new job, if you were a Whitesmith before, you should keep that +10% bonus if you had Weapon Refine, so this is my request/question: Could it be possible to modify the source to allow Job_Mechanic_T (whitesmith > mechanic) who had Weapon Refine previously keep the +10% bonus at any Mechanic job level (that's it, if you don't reset skills and remove Weapon Refine from your Whitesmith skill build)? Maybe this could even be added to rAthena as an option.

I'm still trying to compile the achievement mod on my source, but had no luck at all. I hope someone could help us implementing it correctly for latest svn. Here is the mod if anyone can help with it. This is my Visual C++ 2010 output.
