Guys i really dont understand how to put single strip by pass fcp to my server. Can you guys check my skill.c? Help me please. Im a newbie. I did it sir and the new.grf i make but nothing happens when i click my new diffed.exe

Guys i need your help im trying to make a offline server Can someone tell me what is wrong with my client. Because i cant open it when i double click it or run as admin nothing happens. im using 2013-08-07 client. Please help
