Hi can somebody help me on my private server this is the situation: my server is 255/120 when a gypsy casts dont forget me skill on an enemy the movespeed is much too slow than the normal effect of the dont forget me skill on other servers.. i think the 20% reduction is not in effect.. your movespeed is still reduced for about 10sec even after you died in PVP or WoE. also the champs Extremity fist damage is too much even if the champion is using normal cards and normal equips against somebody who uses GR + devi + thara. even a pally can die with those equips on PVP and also in WoE times the damage isnt reduced. all other skills are okay except for these two.. please help me..
