Okay so i am trying to enable my fiancee access to my test server through our LAN. I am using 3ceAm (not sure what version) ISSUE: Whenever a connection is made via Wan, or Lan, the connection drops immediately. Line in login server is as follows: Connection closed from (IP) When i attempt to log in, it shows the number of players online (shows 1 when im online so thats not the issue). Im very confused as to why it is not working. Whenever we attempt to connect to the server using my computers LAN IP, it will not connect (Not even through my own computer no less). All of the ports have been fowarded correctly to my knowledge. Meaning i used ports 6900,5121,6121 when fowarding. My client conf files are as follows: Map_Athena: I have tried changing around the ip's but each attempt to no avail. This includes all of the .confs. Char_Athena: Login_Athena: Not much here tbh Subnet: Im sure you can tell how desperately I tried to make this work.. clientinfo.xml: As you can see i tried both my LAN IP and WAN IP here. WAN never connected correctly. Im using client version 2012-04-10. I knew what I was doing with that at least. The client works completely fine with the server. Lua's after 2 days of working with them finally work correctly. Theres no issues with packet versions unless this is specifically CAUSED by it. Do not be mistaken. I can connect through just fine when i use my 127.0.0.1 connection. My fiancee cannot (cause of the way this works) If you need anymore information please let me know. Thank you very much for your time. And I will post the solution when i fix this issue. I cannot find a single thread that actually did this. EDIT: Sorry the post is so large, im not sure where the spoiler button is on this forum type. NOTE: Its not my firewall either. It allows ports to go through the router, data to be sent and taken from the other computer, and this is with both comodo firewall and windows firewall (windows doesn't normally block network stuff anyway)
