same here there's a bug in final strike damage can anyone help us thanks in advance

I am using r17704, I see that ninja Final Strike damage is bug, whenever your vit is 1 or 9999 the damage didn't increase, since the description written increase while the NINJA hp increasing. Following is the src code for skills. i am new on scripting can somebody help me i want to my server to have custom mvp card drop rate for example all mvp / mini boss card rate will be 20% except Ifrit,Fallenbishop,Kiel,ValkyrieRandris,Gloom they're card drop rate will be 3% and for Thanatos and LHZ boss it would be 1% and upon killing the monster if he/she get the item it will announce exp.
