Geffenia Warp is open to everyone regardless they did the quest or not.

I'm not sure what we did but geffenia warp in geffen is open to everyone. This shouldn't be open to everyone as far as I know and only open to those who did the quest. GMs did try to enable the sign quest earlier this day and after a few hours a player reported the geffenia warp is open to everyone regardless they did the quest or not.

Do you think the script is right or which part is wrong in that whole script file?

This is actually official. Only people who did the quest can open the gate but everybody can enter once it's opened.

But the warp never closes sir. It is open 24/7. Any idea why is it like this?

well, i can't reproduce it.

the portal closes 45 seconds after I open it.

and our script is the same.
