Client setup when using third party host

Hi! I just got a host - Trinity Networks - and it's not really for beginners like they made it seem. I mean they set everything up for me and the server is running...I just don't know what to do from here. Basically I just want to know how to create a client that I can use to connect to my server...Any help?

 

I made a server probably 5 or 6 years ago using eAthena, but obviously things are much different now/I've forgotten a ton. I've also never used a remote host for my server so this is all very different for me.
