its posibble to make player need give 100 TCG to convert headgear to costume?

Is this working? I tried applying it on my test server I got a lot of errors, I've already put comment, fixed tabbings still not working

May I ask, how are we able to remove the item effects from this? If we're going to convert the headgear into costume, can we disable it's effects as well?
