Item Error

I have a few items to make the error,but not find the error

 

the items are Seismic Fist, Lever Action Rifle, Book oft the Dead

 

hope someone knows the solution

I also got that problem when you right click on that item you got the error. see image attach

my client version is 2012-04-10

it just comes exe crash, by my

Ill try to change client version to 2012-05-15 and the error gone. I can right click all the item state above.

 

Edit: Already solve the problem it cause by a long item description in 'idnum2itemdesctable.txt'
