Hi all... Can anyone tell me how to edit the cooldown for the new skill of Renewal.

1 : Dark Of Claw

(why because the cooldown for this skill was very short it just about 1 minutes,im trying to give it at least 5 - 6 since the dmg that can be done by this skill was massive)

 

2 : Unlimit

(why because the cooldown for this skill was very short it just about 1 minutes,im trying to give it at least 5 - 6 since the dmg that can be done by this skill was massive)
 
3 : Full Throtle
(this skill can be abuse too)

How to edit all these skill cooldown...?
