MVP summoner does not show option to spawn mvp

Hi,

 

Can anyone help me. When i click on my mvp summon, it does not show up the mvp list. Can anyone help me how to fix this problem? Im using the MVP script as the one i attach in this post. Below screen shows the blank list of mvp to summon that happen in my server :-

 

The error that appear when i use this script was only the :-

 

[Debug]: mapindex_name2id: Map "" not found in index list!
