How to make offline server?

okay im a total begginer at this but i have expirience in setting up private servers [Tantra offline and Cabal offline] now im quite confused how to start so i followed this: http://pservero.com and i think it gave me the right instructions but im not quite sure if it is correct. now im looking for a clean client: yes a clean one where i can apply pservero's instructions to work.

 

anyone throw me some links?

thanks for the link but i forgot to mention i was making a pre-renewal server. and bout the cabal, its been 3 years since i last played and compiled my server and unfortunately i deleted them, the only one left to me is my tantra server coz its so dear to me. though a tip would be ragezone. i started there on making my own server. they specialize on other servers.

same goes to you. but theres another one. its sam's blog something like that. my piece of advice: prepare your computer for a massive process eater. each map is a server and you need to run maps like mandara to get there and shambala to access it. default map for login is mandara.
