This was caused by the unexpected failures of both hard drives the servers were running on. We do realize that the situation could have been better handled, and the Development Team is internally discussing the possibility of finding someone to help with administrative duties. Unfortunate events take place no matter what field your in, or how good you are at it. However, if you wouldn't mind elaborating on the administrative duties that you're looking to be handled...
